Limitations

In no event shall 360 Sportsman be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the 360 Sportsman website or its training and products. Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that participation in indoor or outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or death. These risks may arise from natural conditions, your actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the equipment used.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless 360 Sportsman, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in any way related to your participation in outdoor activities organized or facilitated by 360 Sportsman. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Clearance: You affirm that you are physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

Governing Law: This Release of Liability shall be governed by the laws of Madison County, State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability: If any provision of this Release of Liability is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By accessing this website, purchasing products, or participating in outdoor activities with 360 Sportsman, you agree to the terms of this Release of Liability and acknowledge that you have read and understood it fully.
