Where can I watch the masterclasses?
When you purchase a masterclass or 360 Premium, you receive login credentials sent to your email (check spam just in case). Using those credentials, you can login on the website, or download the Gokollab app in the app store and login. You will see your masterclasses you purchased in the dashboard view, as well as be able to toggle into the Community to join the conversation.

How much do the masterclasses cost?
Most masterclasses are anywhere between $30-$349. You can also save money by getting the 360 Premium membership, which gives you access to all current and future masterclasses. The 360 Premium provides bundle savings; price varies based on current promotions.
Is this a subscription?
There are actually different options for you so that if you prefer one-time payments, you can go that route, but if you prefer a subscription, you can sign up under those available plans. Each individual masterclass is purchased one-time payment only. 360 Premium however has two options, Annual Membership (subscription) and Lifetime Membership (one-time payment).
Does the 360 Premium Annual Membership increase in cost every year?
When you sign up for 360 Premium Annual Membership, you lock-in at the rate you signed up at. Your membership will renew at the same price, regardless of what the current offer pricing is. In short, your membership will not increase and will remain constant.
How long do I have access to the masterclasses and resources?
Single-Masterclass Purchase
When you purchase a single 360 Sportsman (non-bundle). You receive the content within that Masterclass for life. There are no recurring payments. New content will be uploaded to that Masterclass over time. Prices for Masterclass may increase over time, as more training and resources are added for users. Lock-in at a low-purchase price today.
360 Premium Lifetime Membership
When you purchase the 360 Premium Lifetime Membership, you get LIFETIME access to ALL (current & future classes) 360 Sportsman content, masterclasses, discounts, and more. There are no recurring payments. New content is uploaded to the 'Courses' dashboard every month.

What's the average length of a masterclass?
Most of the masterclasses are between 1-6 hours long, and are broken down into bite-sized (1-15 minute) lessons that you can watch on-demand.
How do I watch the masterclasses I've purchased?
If you've purchased a masterclass, please log in and visit your "My Courses" section in the portal. All your purchased masterclasses should be listed there. If you don’t see your masterclass, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Is there an app?
Yes! You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play Store. Then sign in using your 360 Sportsman login credentials. The app will make it easier for you to access the masterclasses and community wherever you are.
